Why is my date time changing from August to February after 15 minutes of being turned on?

My date time falls back about 6 months all of the sudden. It just started doing this without warning. All settings are correct because after reset the time date is correct.

Welcome to Android Central! Which phone? Does this also happen in Safe Mode?

Just to be sure -- the Date/Time option is set to Automatic Network Date and Time?
