Why is my developer mode turned on?

I have a Samsung Galaxy S-10 and come to find out my developer mode was turned on and i didn't do it, PLEASE can you tell me how that happened? Also how is there a bunch of things on my clipboard that I don't recognize and know i didn't do?

Lend your phone to anyone? Developer mode doesn't turn on by itself. As for the clipboard, it's easy to add stuff unintentionally.

You bought it new just recently? Or did you buy it new a number of years ago, and have now only noticed Developer Options turned on?

If you just recently bought it, it's almost certainly not brand new/mint condition, since it's a 4-year old phone. It's more likely used/refurbished.

Developer mode doesn't just turn on it's hidden and has to be activated

I bought the phone new in 2019 and i haven't lent out the phone to anyone to use and I know I didn't turn on.

You bought the phone directly from Samsung, or from some 3rd party seller? 3rd party sellers will often sell used or refurbished phones.
