Why is my device turning off when I get an incoming call from the sim slot2?

why turn off device incoming call from sim slot2

I have samsung galaxy grand, it has two sim slots. sim slot1 good active but sim 2 when calling to sim2 then device turnoff. so tell me what is the problem.
