Why is my full screen color balance option grayed out in screen mode

full screen color balance is not active regardless of what I try. Adaptive display is checked but full screen color is grayed out. In addition, the advanced options under full color balance is checked, and I can't uncheck that either, and can't scroll down to the RGB settings. Using basic Samsun Touchwiz on Galaxy S9

Nobody knows what you did to yr phone .
But wiping out system cache might fix it ..
