As the title states, My Note 4 (and my wife's Note 4) are EXTREMELY slow on wifi.
I have reset the phones, reset the Cache Partition, played with all the settings, restarted the router, updated the router, replaced the router, and have had no change. Here are the SpeedTests I've gotten on my other devices:

I am at a loss as to why these phones are complete crap on the Wi-Fi. On 4g LTE I get a ping: 46 down: 63 up: 9
Someone, anyone, help. I'm tired of going over our phone data.
I have called Samsung support, Verizon, EVERYONE. They all say its my ISP. If I call my ISP they say its an issue with my phone; which judging by the speedtests, I am inclined to agree with them.
