why my galaxy S4 is giving very bad standby time ?

yesterday night my mobile's battery was 33% when i slept i turned on the power saving mode and also the app BATTERY DOCTOR was enabled that app was also doing his work in the morning today when i picked up my phone battery was 1% and the phone was switched off please tell me its reasons ???

Firstly i would remove any so called battery saver, ram boosting apps. They don't really work, but rather uses resources and your battery. Then, go to settings > battery > battery usage and see what is consuming the most battery power. Screen should be the highest user, followed by a few system apps. Then see which apps are still running in the background. If you need to, you can install GSam battery monitor or wakelock detector to try pinpoint the problem app. Alternatively, post a screenshot of your battery Stats next time.
