Why is my girlfriends iPhone not getting my calls?

I’m in Michigan, using a Samsung Note5 with Sprint. Girlfriend is in California, using an iPhone 4s (I think I’ve almost got her talked into a new iPhone (she’s girl 4 life) using Verizon. When I call, I hear it ring and ring (10 - 13 rings), then VM. She gets my texts, but there is never a record of my call on her call log. She does not have me blocked. Verizon says they’ve checked things and the problem is with my network. Help!!

Then go to Sprint (a corporate store would be best - most of them are independent dealers) and see if they can help you. If they can call her on their phone, and you can't on your phone, they have a little work to do on their computer. If they can't either, Sprint and Verizon have an intercommunications problem (which they can call Sprint engineering about).
