Why is my google account device list showing random Android 12 device

[Android Central Question]

I am trying to ascertain whether my google account has been compromised as it keeps coming up with a generic android 12 device in security >my devices. It will say this phone underneath that Android 12 device but my actual device is listed below it as Galaxy A52 5g. When I try to do two step authentication it comes up as are you trying so sign in to this device? And it will show generic Android 12 rather than my A52 so that both show as signed in.

No it's brand new (2 weeks). Screenshot attached.

It sounds more like a glitch rather than a hack. Just to be clear, you're saying that when you do 2-factor, it shows up under the generic Android device, and not the A52?

Are there multiple Google accounts on the phone, or just your main one?
