Google Play Music STOPPING

I've got Play Music installed on several different devices. A Samsung Tab Pro 8.4 (kitkat), a Samsung S5, a HP Touchpad running 4.4.4 (Cyanogenmod.)

Tonight I'm running onto the chromecast and with the Tab Pro and the Touchpad Play keeps stopping. Like after 5 min or so. It doesn't crash, the music just stopps.

When I had the Tab Pro on my ATV (yea, I've got music on an ATV, bluetooth speakers) it was also stopping.

The S5 seems to play w/o stopping.

I've dug thru all the settings I can think of to no avail.

This is really annoying.

Any help would be most appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Re: Google Play Music STOPPING

Welcome to Android Central! Have you tried clearing the app cache for Google Play Music? Go to the App Manager (or Settings>Apps>All), and select Google Play Music, then tap Clear Cache. If you don't have any locally stored music, you may also want to try Clear Data as well.

Re: Google Play Music STOPPING

Thanks for the suggestion, but that didn't do anything.

Pro Tablet is new (reconditioned), but it's a new setup within the last few days. Does have offline music downloaded.
Touchpad is old (obviously) but has no offline music.
S5 is fairly old as well and has offline music.
