why is my Google play store app not working??

Whenever I click on the app the response is that there's an error retrieving information from the server [RH -01]

Did you try clearing the app cache and/or data? Go to Settings > Apps > All Apps > Google Play Store > Storage > tap Clear cache (this may be a little different depending on your device). If that doesn't work, go to the same screen and tap Clear data.
