Why is my HTC One (e8) lagging and restarting by itself?

why is my HTC one (e8) lagging and restart by it self?

Ever since i updated to the new software(lollipop) i got this problem.when i run two or more applications my phone stops working and after a few minutes restarts by itself.i tried to reset factory but i does not help.any one has the same problem???
what should i do ??

Welcome to Android Central! Try booting into Safe Mode, which temporarily disables all 3rd party apps. https://support.t-mobile.com/docs/DOC-10853

If the problem disappears in Safe Mode, then something you installed is causing the problem. You may have to uninstall apps one by one until the problem disappears. If the problem persists in Safe Mode, then it's more likely to be a hardware or firmware problem.
