Why is my incoming call alert feature not working on my FitBit Charge HR and LG-G3.

My LG-G3 pairs and syncs properly with my new FitBit Charge HR Android App, but the incoming call alert feature is not working on the Fitbit display. Any idea as to why this feature is not working on my LG-G3? (This feature IS working on my wife's I-phone & FitBit Charge HR combination.)

Welcome to the forums. Offhand, I am not sure. From what I understand it should work. Perhaps there is a bug for that aspect? Have you contacted Fitbit to inform them of your issue?
