why is my internet browser in other colors and weird context?

mostly black background with fluo colors on the items onscreen

i use a Galaxy s5 and its only on the initial internet browser.

Welcome to Android Central! Open the Internet app, tap Menu>Settings, and see if there is an option for Inverted Colors or High Contrast Text.
