Why is my LG e400 asking for a 16 digit pin?

[AC Question]

I have a pair of excelvan bluetooth sunglasses,when I try to connect to my lg e400 mobile the phone asks for a 16 digit code, not a 4 digit code which I don't know, I have used the glasses with a soni ericsson and an htc 610 no problem
