Why is my LG G2 not charging?

Hello, so i was having this problem with my phone (LG G2) that its not charging with a wall socket charger and then when i restart it doesn't open. I am tired of this and wanted help with this problem. I also changed chargers but that didn't work please help.

So no matter the wall charger, none of them charge your devicd? If you plug your device into a PC, does it recognize it?
Your phone could have a bad USB hub.

my laptop recognizes my phone and i dont think i have a bad USB hub also, my mobile is also not damaged.

Can it charge via the laptop?

nope with laptop its the same problem.
