Why is my LG keeps phone keeping a busy signal when I'm not even using the phone

It just keeps a busy signal and sometimes when I turn it off and wait a while to turn it back on it stops but other times it just keeps being busy I had it off all night but when I turned it back on this time it is still busy

Try the device in safe mode, if it's ok then look at 3rd party apps causing this.

Welcome to Android Central! Do you mean you only hear this when you try to call someone, or do you hear the beeping even when the phone is idle, or when you're doing something else with the phone?
