Why is my LGV20 stuck on firmware update?

I cannot get into my phone at all. It is stuck on firmware update. And there’s shout glass with the search circling the hour glass. And it says at the bottom of screen...now waiting for any connection

the only thing that helped me when I had that situation was to plug my phone in because with firmware updates you cannot stop in the middle so it demands that you plug in. I asked AT&T to push another firmware update through after the time wore out when the update was good to go.

Can you post a photo? Make sure they battery is fully charged and or plugged in. Low battery will not allow the update to proceed.
