why is my lock screen showing only the "select keyboard" symbol andemergency call button?
i connected my phone (note 4) to a computer to copy a few media files. after that i tried to unlock my screen and all i see is the alternative password screen. the unlock via google option is not showing and the alternative password "writing" isn't showing either. all i see on the screen is the keyboard logo and the emergency call button. the original lock i use is the finger print lock but that together with the camera and phone logo on the lock screen arent showing. i would most appreciate any assistance offered to fix this.
