I have an LG G6 and neither of the microphones seem to work for anything else besides "ok Google". I've tested the microphones in the HD audio recorder app and it shows neither of them picking up any audio. There are 2 clicks at the beginning of every recording and then silence. This is the same case when recording a video. I can't make phone calls either because no one can hear me. I've also tried cleaning them, turning off Google assistant, and factory resetting. The only time the mic works is when I say "ok Google" and it understands me perfectly, but only once. If I hold down the home button to try to use it or press the mic icon, it doesn't work. Please help.
