why my mobile turns into silent mode automaticall while we shake it during the incoming call?

while coming of a call, the mobile rings and vibrate but as we shake it the mobile, iot automatically t urns into silent mode? whats the reason for this?

Have you checked your Settings under "Controls"? Under "Motions and Gestures", check whether "Mute/Pause" is on or off.

Not sure what device you have, though. The setting mentioned above will mute incoming calls and alarms if the device is turned over or your palm is placed on the screen, at least on my Samsung Note 4, that is.
