Why is my Moto E's internal memory suddenly decreasing?

why my moto e internal memory suddenly decreasing.

am using moto e. in 2gb internal memory, currently am having only 400mb from 1gb.
the reason is, i changed android dalvik to android art. so, now how i resolve this problem.

Welcome to Android Central! So are you saying that after changing to ART, you found that you only have 400 MB of free internal storage left? How much did you have before changing to ART? The Moto E comes with 4 GB of total Internal Storage, of which 2-3 GB is probably taken up by the OS, so you probably only have around 1 GB of memory available to use in the first place.
