Why is my Moto360 constantly disconnecting?

Why is my moto360 constantly disconnecting?

I have a moto 360 2 and a Galaxy S6 and the watch keeps disconnecting, but doesn't show the disconnected icon. It will show up as connected in the phone app, but I won't get notifications and I can't use google now or anything else.

Most of the time restarting my phone fixes it, but I can't be doing that every day...

Try to do a factory data reset on the watch
