why is my new s10e charging so slow on my laptop and car?

i just bought a s10e and used the usb cord it came with to charge it in my car and laptop. it was around 17% and said itd take 5.5 hours to fully charge. this was both when just playing music with the screen turned off and the other time just nothing going on.

when i plug it into a wall or wireless charging pad it says 1.5 hrs which makes sense. i plugged my same iphone 8+ this morning before i got rid of it into my laptop and truck and it was extremely quick. any way to resolve this?

Laptops are usually the slowest for charging.

If you are plugged into your cars USB instead of using a power port with a adapter, you're probably only getting 1 Amp.
That USB is not, in most cars, is not a dedicated power source but a data input which is powered.

It's all about the output amperage of the power source.
Low output apps equal slow charging.
It's not rocket science, only regular. ??????

I have a couple of quick charging portable bricks/banks and a solar powered brick/bank too as well as a quick charging dual port accessory port (aka ole cigarette lighter) adapter. I need this as I drive for a living but it's helped me loads. Amazon is my best accessories purchase friend.
