Why is my Nokia 6 is not unlocking

I was browsing on chrome, on tapping upon a photo and tapping back the phone screen turned black. On pressing the power key the lock screen appeared but none of icon were working on tapping (icons like swipe to unlock, camera and call) and then the screen blacked out. After that lockscreen is appearing and blacking out again and again...

It sounds like a hardware or software failure, but try booting into Recovery for a Cache Partition wipe.

Also, if you're using an SD card, it may just be causing trouble.

Nokia 6 is giving me trouble in unlocking phone.not even single icon is working. Only option am left with is switch off on that's it.how can I get help? Last month only I purchased it?

I would say get that exchanged, or try downgrading Android version.
