Why is my note 5 infinix over freezing

[Android Central Question]

It freezes constantly, restarts it's self, I've tried restarting, cache partition wipe, factory resetting, uninstalling some apps, but it still freezes. It freezes even while booting

Is the storage full ? Have you tried safe mode?
