Why is my OTG not working.

My ZTE E7LS tab is recognizing mantra scanner befor and now if inserted it would not show, I try factory reset and still the same problem I still try force reset and still i t didn't work.

Have you selected the proper USB setting? (I don't know how it's worded by ZTE, but Google calls it "supply power".)

Yes I did but no result...it happened only when connected with thumb print scanner@Rukbat
