Why is my phone auto profile updating multiple times a day?

[Android Central Question]

My Samsung updated a few weeks ago and it has had a "the profile update could not be completed" notification that I can't swipe away. And my phone has done a profile update several times everyday since my phone updated. Why is this happening and do I get rid of it?

Welcome to Android Central! Is this a notification in the status bar, or does it appear as a "toast" in the middle of the screen? Which Samsung phone do you have?

Look at last notifications when that happens , by going settings then notifications see what did that notification.
