Why is my phone beeping when I reset it

I have this problem where everytime I reset my phone this thing called "Wi-Fi calling" pops up, and I've learned i can't get it to stop. Ive tried everything. How can I get this to stop?

What phone is this? Why do you keep resetting it? When you say “reset”, do you mean that you factory reset it?
Wifi calling is a useful feature. Do you not want to be able to use it?

Welcome to Android Central! Is it an error message regarding wi-fi calling? How does the beep figure into this? is it a notification tone when you see the notification about wi-fi calling?
