Why is my phone giving multiple commands and locking me out.

The phone gives its own commands hence the password is attempted multiple times hence it give a screen saying I have to wait for 6 mins during that time I can't open or recieve calls... Why is the multiple commands happening and how can I fix It Samsung galaxy j2 prime

Welcome to Android Central! What do you mean that the phone is giving its own commands? Do you mean that it's registering keypresses on its own?
