Why is my phone not charging to 100 on my wireless charger in my truck?

Why is my phone not charging a 100% on my wireless charger in my truck

I have a Samsung Galaxy s6 and when I put it on my wireless charger in my 2016 Chevrolet silverado 1500 it charges really slow. Was on charger for over 2 hours. It also both wireless charger and phone get very hot even if my phone is only on it for a short time,maybe 5 or 10 mins. Can anyone help me with this?

Wireless charging is slow to begin with. You might consider hard wire charging... USB car adapter. Charging in the car shouldn't make the phone run any hotter than charging at home.. unless perhaps you're running nav while charging in the car.
