Why is my phone not turning on?

So, I've had this note 4 for about 10 months, and about 4/5 days ago it's stopped working, by this I mean that the phone won't fully turn on, when the phone is plugged into the wall or my computer it will occasionally buzz and show a battery with a lightning bolt on top, but will not show the battery filling up, also the phone will show the preliminary loading screen but will not go further than that, aswell as this the charging LED will flash blue and green when the battery/lightning bolt combo appears, I have tried 3 different leads and plugs in every combination but my phone will not properly start up, PLEASE HELP MEEEEE, thankyouuu
