Why is my phone not updating?

Each time I try to update my phone, it shows updates available.. when installing at a point it stops and shows me the caution sign.

You probably ran out of available storage. In settings, application manager, go to storage, empty your cached data, then, if you have an SD card, move individual apps that are designed to be moved to your SD card. This will usually suffice. Another option is to uninstall apps you never use!
