Why is my phone speaker no longer working on my galaxy s4?

[AC Question]

When making phone calls i cannot hear the person and they cannot hear me, before it use to make a noise and now they say it is just silent. My speakers work for everything else even the "ok google" can hear me and respond to me as well as the "s voice". Just my phone calls cannot be heard.
