This problem just started recently. I dial a number and the phone says it is dialing but nothing is happening. My last call took more than 1 minute before it actually dialed the number. Sometimes a message of "conditional call forward active" flashes on the screen. I haven't changed any settings. Help please. I would actually like to use my phone to make calls.
