Why is my phone turning off at 30%?

My galaxy s4 turns off at 30% and loses charge while it is off, I have replaced the battery, cleared cache data, calibrated the battery, Nothing worked, Is there a fix to this problem? And thank you.

When you say off, are you referring to the screen being off, or did you power down the phone?

Do you have AVG Antivirus installed? Part of it will give you a warning and turn your phone off at 30% battery life. Disable this sneaked in feature in AVG Antivirus or delete the Antivirus all altogether. The Notification does not tell you who or what app is sending the notification! That is why I deleted the whole app! Not sure what else it is doing on my phone!
