Why is my phone turning off when ever I activate mobile networks

hello, my phone is a Samsung Galaxy j2 duel sim. when I turn on data or wifi the phone switch offs even the battery life is above 75%. What should I do?

Welcome to Android Central! Do you mean that it completely powers off, or that just the screen goes to sleep? If it's powering off completely, then does it also shut off on its own even when your mobile network isn't on? If so, then the battery might be failing.
