Why is my recall shortcut icon missing after a phone call?

recall shortcut icon is missing after a phone call

A)the shortcut icon after call should have
1)video call
2)re call
3)message.

however,my phone icon shown faded icon and unable to click in.


B)the second issue i encountered was : screenlock under setting option is completely empty after I click in.
