Not like HOT looking. I mean burning hot! I called Samsung support, they said SOL. According to Samsung, I have a standard 1.5 year warranty which expired 3 months before the problem and 3 months before my Verizon upgrade is activated. Verizon recommended buying a new battery, NOPE. Then to do a factory reset, NOPE. Now in no man's land! HELP!
