Why is my S6 Edge not ringing?

[AC Question]

I've checked all the settings, Ringtones, Notifications, Do Not Disturb, etc. everything is set properly. For some reason when someone calls nothing happens on my phone. I called my number several times. I hear it ring twice on the phone I'm using and then it goes straight to vm. If a message is left I will get the audible notification and icon on my cell phone that I have a voicemail, but nothing shows that someone is calling. No caller id, ringtone, absolutely nothing.

Check to see if call forwarding is on. Dial *73 to cancel.
