Why is my s7 beeps of every couple mins but der is no tex orwatsapp message

I turn of off most all in comming apps but every coupleseconds my s7 beeps & der is nuttin der this is very frustratin i dnt knw if its on a timer or wat

Welcome to Android Central! Is it the default notification tone, or something else? Does it go away if you turn off NFC?
