Why is my Samsung Galaxy A32 5G not connecting to network?

My new Samsung Galaxy A32 5G phone is suddenly not making calls or connecting w/mobile data due to not being registered on the network. I have tried everything inc. factory reset. Please help SOS
 
Welcome to Android Central! Which carrier are you on? Have you tried removing the SIM and reinserting it?

Also try the Reset Network Settings option in the system settings.

Do you have another phone you can test the SIM on? If not, then contact your carrier and ask if you need a replacement SIM.
