Why is my Samsung galaxy s5 pasting a word into the message field each time I send a message

Every time I try and send a message to somebody it will send, but then ill have to delete the word 'Adam' which seems to automatically paste into the message field? (Adam being my name) yet I still don't understand why it's doing this. I just want to stop it from happening because it's doing my head in, can anybody help?

Try Settings, Apps, All, scroll to your messaging app, and select Clear Cache.
If no go, get back to us.
