Why is my Samsung galaxy S6 Echoing

I have a Samsung S6 and i am having a problem. When i call someone the person I am calling is hereing a echo of there own voice. Please Help!

phones have a second noise canceling mic, usually on the top of the phone. Are you using a cheapo case that is covering this little hole?

No the hole is not covered. There is 2 holes on the top. I am useing an Otterbox defender.

UPDATE - I can make it stop if i open the 2 caps on the bottom of the case.
