Why is my Samsung j5 doesn't show sd card

Hello I put the external sd card in my Samsung j5 I didn't find it even it work in another Android
But in Samsung j5 show no file no sd card what to do? to solev this problem?

It could be a bad SD port in the J5. If it's new, bring it back. If it's under warranty, arrange for a repair. If not, try to find a local shop that can repair it.
