Why Samsung J7's 'WhatsApp' app preferences automatically changes on mobile data?
Hi,
Facing issue with Samsung J7 on mobile data with WhatsApp and few other messengers.
Settings - Data usage - WhatsApp - Restrict background data would be initially disabled by default where messages would flow to my inbox without any issue.
Without me changing the preference, it would automatically be enabled and stop receiving messages till I open WhatsApp or I manually change the preference to disable mode. This keeps on repeating
It happens only with mobile data.
Request a solution for this.
