why is my Samsung phone Auto rejecting calls that I have never put a block on or anything else

I have one person trying to phone me for the last 10 days and it is auto rejecting all the time she can never get through I have done nothing to block this number or anything else

Welcome to Android Central! What is she hearing when she tries to call you? Does it go to voicemail immediately, or does she get a message that the number she's trying to call is not accepting calls?
