Why is my samsung s4 just getting hot around the camera area when on charge and not turning on

I have an s4 samsung galaxy GT-i9500 , its just gone dead, not coming on at all, when i put on the charger, it gets warm and hot and still not coming on

It may take a while before the battery has enough charge to allow the phone to boot up. Your phone may get warm while charging but it shouldn't be getting hot to the point where it's uncomfortable to touch. If it is, or you smell warm plastic (like something is melting or burning) disconnect the charger immediately, let it cool off for a while, and try a different charging solution. For example if you were charging it from a wall charger, try charging from a USB port on a computer or laptop. Or try a different charger and cable. If it still gets hot, stop attempting to charge it and take it to a repair center before you damage your phone.

well I did all the battery tricks, still nothing, i suspect the motherboard, any links to cheaper samsung galaxy s4 i9500 motherboards
