Why is my Samsung s6 edge home button all mushy (not tactile)

When I first brought my Samsung s6 edge (Black) the home button was fine and tactile (clicky) then exactly a month gos by and the button is now all stiff and mushy and not how it's meant to be is it a common problem or is it just a problem when the products is made. I've also tried some stuff to fix it but only fixed for a little time the repeats and ends up mushy
