Android Central Question

Hey there, I own a Samsung Galaxy S9, and over the last week, it has randomly been playing what sounds like live, or just generally recorded audio of random people, there is either music, talking or even masturbating and sex noises. I do not watch pornography, and have not at all signed up for any weird or bogus accounts, it will randomly start as I'm using my phone or not, the first time it happened when I had no apps opened or running what so ever. It is disturbing and very suspicious, any ideas please? Otherwise I just have to continuously keep my media volume off. I want this disgusting issue removed, lol. Help please?

can you delete any apps you downloaded from about a week before it started. also a screenshot of your app list.

As much as I'm against it except as a last resort I believe this qualifies for a factory data reset

When this happens, immediately open your browser. Are there any unexpected browser tabs open?

Sounds like full factory reset time to me...you can try wiping your system cache, but it sounds like time to do a reset. A lot of work, but I'm pretty sure that will solve your problem. But don't restore a backup back on your phone that was made while the phone was doing this odd behavior. Either use a backup that was made before the behavior started, or do a manual re-configuration.

My girlfriends S9 just started doing this today.
Doing a factory reset tomorrow on it.
