Why is my screen black with green flashes periodically?

[Android Central Question]

Samsung Galaxy S9+ screen started flashing green then it just went black. Now my screen won’t turn back on and when I push power/lock button it flashes green. I can hear phone calls and messages and notifications, but can not do anything. My phone and SD card are both encrypted and I can’t get anything transferred to my new phone. My new phone is an Iphone 13 max pro.
